The Auditor's GIS Site is not working for me what can I do?
Recently the Delaware County Auditor’s GIS site was upgraded to be https: protocol compliant. If one regularly uses the site then it may not work because of cookies or history that has the old site embedded. You will need remove the cookies and history as a first step. Second if that does not work you may check with your IT department to see if the https://auditor.delco-gis.org is allowed through the firewall.
Where can I get a copy of the Subdivision Plat of my property?
All information and documentation regarding your property is also available through the Delaware County Recorders Office.
First you will need to open the Layers menu. Second you will click on the plus (+) sign next to Boundaries. What is displayed is a list of GIS layers for the category. Click on the box next to Subdivisions. Close the Layers menu by clicking the (x) in the upper right of the panel.
Next search for your parcel by one of the three Property Search methods. Once your parcel is selected it will zoom in to that location. In the pop-up panel there will be a (1 of x ) x meaning any number of layers that are turned on. For Condominiums there may be many. Click on the Arrow next to the x and the subdivision information will come up. Click on the hyperlink for the Plat (PDF). It will be a .pdf that you can download and/or print.

How can I get a copy of a Survey of my property?
All information and documentation regarding your property is available through the Delaware County Recorders Office.
To see any recorded surveys via the Auditor’s GIS, you will first you will need to open the Layers menu. Second you will click on the plus (+) sign next to Points of Interest. What is displayed is a list of GIS layers for the category. Click on the box next to Survey Points. Close the Layers menu by clicking the (x) in the upper right of the panel.
Next search for your parcel by one of the three Property Search methods. Once your parcel is selected it will zoom in to that location. If there is a Survey for your property or a property next to yours a Yellow Point Symbol with an S in the middle will appear. Using the cursor click on the S. This action will query both the Parcel and the Survey. In the pop-up panel there will be a (1 of 2 ) indication at the top of the panel. Click on the Arrow next to the x and the Survey information will appear. Click on Link: hyperlink to display the Survey. It will be a .pdf that you can download and/or print.
